Paths pour at 100 mm; driveways that take vehicle weight pour at 125-150 mm, plus mesh and bar chairs. More concrete and more steel is more money - and it is not the place to save.
Excavation, levelling and a compacted base sit inside an installed price, but steep or soggy sites add real hours. Skipping prep is how cheap jobs crack in year two.
